2027 Pricing Schedule

Summer rates are priced per person, daily or weekly. There is a 4-night minimum stay during the Summer season.

Weekly Schedule is Sunday through Saturday. No Guests on Saturdays. 
Our rates include lodging, food, regular activities, and taxes.

Rates do not include tips for staff. We leave that to you.

Our rates are per person per day or week.

Our summer Season runs from June 6th, 2027 through Aug 21, 2027.

All summer activities are included: horse riding, hiking, cookouts, fishing and plain old relaxation in the cool mountain air by the creek, which borders our property. We also offer overnight horse pack trips in July. We promise to have more food than you can eat and don’t worry about going hungry between meals, we’ll have snacks and treats out to keep you happy. If you have special needs just let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. Your stay with us will be fun and adventurous with plenty of time to relax. Fall and Spring Rates

Our spring season runs from May 30, 2027 through June 6, 2027. There is a 4-night minimum. No Guest on Saturdays.

Our Fall season begins August 22, 2027 and runs through September 25, 2027.

Thank you for booking your dude ranch vacation with us. We are looking forward to your stay with us this summer. Our payment policy is very simple. We require a 50% down payment for your reservation.

           You will be asked to pay the balance two weeks before you arrive here at Medicine Bow Lodge. Then the business part is out of the way, and you can enjoy the reasons that you chose us for your vacation.

           Life happens and we are very aware of circumstances that are out of your control and change your plans. We are a business that depends on cash flows which includes deposits. 90 days prior to your arrival date is the deadline to cancel your reservation. *After that date we do allow you to reschedule your stay with us. We will apply your deposit to your rescheduled stay with us.

Things to Bring on your vacation to the Medicine Bow Lodge

Camera - there are many beautiful and amazing things in the Snowy Range that you will want to remember.

Bug Spray

Sun Screen

Jeans for riding 

Water Bottle (We are doing our best to help our Wyoming environment with using less plastic bottles)

Swimsuit for the Hot tub and Sauna.

Sweatshirt or light jacket for the evening.

Boots if you have them or closed shoe if you don’t.

Thermal underware for the pack trip, sometimes it gets a little chilly so just in case it is always a good idea to bring.

Things you may or may not want to bring

Hiking shoes if you plan on hiking.

Small duffle or backpack for the overnight pack trip if you plan on coming.

Sleeping bag if you are going on the pack trip you may bring your own we do provide them if you don’t have one though.

Fishing gear - we also provide fishing gear, but if you prefer your own you are welcome to bring it. There are many places to fish here in the Snowy Range.
